1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DocuFlow ("the Platform"), operated by BSSMC GROUP (M) SDN BHD (Company No. 1465293-T), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Malaysian laws. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

DocuFlow provides the following services:

• •Digital identity card scanning and data extraction.
• •Electronic document signing and signature capture.
• •PDPA-compliant personal data consent form management.
• •CTOS credit information consent authorization.
• •Secure document storage and audit trail logging.
• •Staff and customer management workflows.

3. User Eligibility & Accounts

Access to DocuFlow is restricted to:

• •Authorized staff members of BSSMC GROUP (M) SDN BHD.
• •Customers who have received a valid secure link from a BSSMC staff member.
• •Administrators designated by BSSMC management.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Digital Signatures

Electronic signatures captured through DocuFlow are intended to carry the same legal weight as handwritten signatures under applicable Malaysian law. By signing any document through the Platform, you confirm that:

• •You have read and understood the document being signed.
• •You are signing voluntarily and have the authority to do so.
• •You consent to the capture and storage of your signature image, IP address, device information, and timestamp.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• •Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Malaysian law.
• •Impersonate another person or submit false information.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
• •Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.
• •Upload malicious files or content.
• •Share secure customer links with unauthorized parties.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of DocuFlow — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons — are the exclusive property of BSSMC GROUP (M) SDN BHD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSSMC GROUP (M) SDN BHD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

8. Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using DocuFlow, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of DocuFlow after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
